Shipping & Refund Policies

At Tonzo India Pvt Ltd, we aim to deliver quality you can trust. While we stand by the reliability of our products, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Below is our transparent and customer-friendly return and replacement policy.


Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • Product is received in damaged or defective condition
  • Incorrect product has been delivered
  • Accessories/components are missing (must be shown in the unboxing video)

⚠️ Mandatory Unboxing Video:
To validate your claim, a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video (from seal breaking to product inspection) must be submitted. Claims without video proof will not be processed.


Who Arranges the Return Pickup?

We differentiate between two types of return scenarios for clarity and fairness:

1. In Case of Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

  • Pickup will be arranged by Tonzo from your delivery address at no extra cost.
  • A verified unboxing video is essential to qualify.

2. In Case of Personal Preference / Change of Mind

  • If you simply do not like the product or ordered the wrong model by mistake, return shipping must be arranged and borne by the customer.
  • In such cases, the product must be unused, undamaged, and packed with all original accessories.

Returns are not accepted for used products or for buyer’s remorse after 48 hours of delivery.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your Tonzo account
  2. Go to My Orders > Request Return
  3. Fill in the issue details and upload your unboxing video
  4. Submit the request within 48 hours of receiving the product
  5. Our team will verify and respond within 1–2 working days

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after successful pickup and QC verification at our facility.
  • Refunds will be credited via bank transfer.
  • Please securely add your account details in “My Account > Bank Details”.

Your bank details are kept fully confidential and used only for verified refund purposes.


Non-Returnable Situations

  • Used or physically damaged products (not shown in unboxing video)
  • Requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery
  • Returns without proper packaging or missing parts/accessories
  • Change of mind without return shipping from the customer’s end
